Our seven state certified service technicians all live in the towns we serve. (See service area) Each of our service vans is fully stocked and is backed up by over $75,000 in spare parts storage at our office warehouse.
The Anderson Plan, our comprehensive service protection program is available to all our automatic delivery customers subject to our inspection prior to issue. The $239 per year cost of this plan covers over $3000 dollars in heating system parts. Most importantly our service plan is a true 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days benefit. Many oil companies charge for service after 10:00 p.m. at night and on weekends. |
