HEATING:
We sell service and install only the best in quality heating equipment. Weil-Mclain is our boiler of choice for forced hot water heating. For over 100 years they have been a recognized leader in hydronic heating. Metromatic warm air furnaces and Carlin Oil burners round out our heating product line. In addition to Forced warm air and Forced hot water systems, we sell and install steam, radiant heat, and hydro-air systems.
WATER HEATERS
We sell and install Superstor® ultra indirect hot water heaters. These highly efficient units come in several sizes and rugged stainless steel construction. They come with a lifetime warranty and are economical and easy to install.
CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING: American Standard and Rheem offer a variety of systems to satisfy any central air-conditioning requirements you may have. SERVICE: Our seven state-certified service technicians all live in the towns we serve. (See service area) Each of our service vans are fully stocked and are backed up by over $75,000 in parts stored at our office warehouses.
The $239.00 per year cost of this plan covers over $3,000 dollars in controls, motors, transformers and burner related parts. Most importantly our service plan is a true 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days benefit. Many oil companies charge for service after10:00 p.m. at night and on weekends. (Details) |

FUEL OILS; We have long term relationships with Exxon-Mobil Corporation and Sprague Energy, two of the most dependable and respected petroleum distribution and supply companies. For over 60 years we have been able to meet our commitments to our customers and have had more than adequate supply even in the tightest of markets. Located here in Scituate we have over 100,000 gallons in bulk oil storage. This is particularly valuable when Mother Nature pays a mid-winter visit.
